More Google reviews, asked for the right way
After a visit, every customer gets a short message with a link to your Google review page. Reviews come in, you're alerted the moment one posts, and you reply while it still matters.
What it is
Most happy customers never think to leave a review. The ones who do write unprompted are often the unhappy ones. A review engine fixes that by asking everyone, politely, at the right moment, with a one-tap link to your Google review form.
It follows Google's rules. We don't ask only the customers we think are happy, we don't pre-fill the stars or the words, and we don't offer anything in return. Every customer gets the same message and the same link. That's what keeps your reviews real and your profile safe.

How it works
- We connect it to how you take customers
Your booking tool, point of sale or a simple list. When a visit or job is done, the customer is added.
- The request goes out at the right time
Usually the next morning, by email. Short, friendly, in your words, with one button: leave a Google review. People who have opted in to texts can get it by text.
- You're alerted the moment a review posts
Any rating. A good review gets a drafted thank-you reply for you to approve. A rough one gets to you fast so you can respond the same day, which is what the next customer reads.
- Customers who'd rather talk to you can
The message also offers a private note to the owner. It's open to everyone, not just unhappy customers, and it never replaces the Google link.
Why it's worth it
- Rating and review count are two of the biggest factors in who Google shows for 'near me' searches.
- Customers compare you to the next business on the map. Going from 4.2 to 4.6 changes who they call.
- Replying quickly to a poor review often matters more than the review itself. People read the reply.
- It runs by itself. You don't have to remember to ask anyone.

Questions
Is it allowed to ask only happy customers?
No. Google's review policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews or selectively asking for positive ones, and the FTC's 2024 rule on reviews points the same way. We ask everyone, the same way.
Can the link pre-fill the stars or the review?
No. The link opens your Google review form. The customer picks the stars and writes the words. Pre-filled or templated reviews are against Google's rules and we don't do them.
What about unhappy customers?
They get the same Google link as everyone else, plus the option to send you a private note. You're alerted when any review posts so you can reply quickly and fix what went wrong.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No one can, except Google, and only when a review breaks their rules. We can help you flag those and reply well to the rest.
