Services / AI automations
The repeat work your business does by hand, done automatically
New lead comes in, someone gets emailed. Invoice turns 7 days old, a reminder goes out. Appointment is booked, the calendar and the customer both know. You set it up once and it runs.
What it is
An automation is a rule: when this happens, do that. When a form is filled, email the customer and alert you. When a lead hasn't heard back in two days, send the follow up. When a payment lands, mark the invoice paid and stop the reminders.
We build these with the apps you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Square, Calendly, your booking tool. No new system to learn, nothing to log in to.

How it works
- We map the task
You tell us what you do by hand and how often. We write down each step, what app it touches and what could go wrong.
- We build and test it
We connect the apps, build the rule and run it with test data until every step does the right thing, including the edge cases.
- You approve the wording
Anything that emails a customer uses your words. You read every message before it goes live.
- It runs, we watch it
Each run is logged. If an app changes or something fails, we see it and fix it. You get a short monthly summary.
Why it's worth it
- Every manual step is a chance to forget. Automations don't forget the day 2 follow up or the second invoice reminder.
- Speed matters. A lead followed up in minutes is worth more than the same lead followed up tomorrow.
- Hours a week add up. Ten minutes of copying between apps, every day, is over 40 hours a year.
- Your customers get a consistent experience whether you're slammed or on vacation.

Who it's for
- Home services and trades chasing quotes and invoices
- Salons, spas and clinics with bookings, reminders and no-shows
- Any owner who copies the same info between two apps every day
- Businesses hiring an admin mainly to do follow up

Questions
Which apps can you connect?
Most common small business tools: Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, Calendly, Acuity, HubSpot, Mailchimp and many more. If you use something unusual, ask.
What's the difference between Simple, Focused and Connected?
Simple is one trigger and one action across up to two apps. Focused is one full process, like a lead follow up sequence. Connected links several apps, matches records and sends reports.
Will it text my customers?
Only people who have agreed to texts from you. Otherwise we use email. We'll tell you before we build anything that texts.
What if something breaks?
Every run is logged and we're alerted when one fails. We fix it, and you hear about it from us, not from a customer.
