Services / AI receptionist

The calls you miss, caught and sent back to you

You're on a ladder, in a treatment room or driving. The phone rings and goes to voicemail. Most people don't leave one; they call the next name on the list. This catches them.

What it is

An AI receptionist answers when you can't, or follows up right after a missed call. It greets the caller, finds out what they need, takes their name and number, and sends you the details so you can call back with context.

It can answer basic questions from your website too: hours, service area, whether you do the thing they're asking about. It never pretends to be you, and it never books or quotes anything you haven't told it to.

Example: a missed call caught and saved

How it works

  1. We set the rules

What it should say, which questions it can answer, what counts as urgent, and where messages go. Your words, your voice if you want it.

  2. It picks up when you don't

After a set number of rings, or outside the hours you choose, it answers. If you'd rather, it only follows up after a missed call instead of answering live.

  3. You get the details right away

Name, number, what they need and how urgent. By email, and by text to you if you want it.

  4. You call back, with context

You already know what they wanted, so the callback is short and lands better.

Why it's worth it

  • Most callers who hit voicemail don't leave a message. They just call someone else.
  • One missed job can be worth hundreds or thousands. Catching a few a month changes the year.
  • It answers the same way every time, at 7am and at 9pm.
  • You stop interrupting the job you're on to answer a question the site could answer.

The math, in low-end numbers

It's a custom quote based on your call volume. The test we use: if one missed call a month turns into a $400 job you would otherwise have lost, does that cover the monthly fee? For most trades it does with room to spare. Low-end assumption, not a promise; we show you the number before you decide.

  • Salons and spas where the desk is busy with the person in front of it
  • Small clinics and offices after hours
  • Any business whose Google reviews mention 'nobody called me back'

Questions

Will callers know it's not a person?

Yes. It introduces itself as the business's assistant. Pretending otherwise annoys people and we won't do it.

Can it text the caller?

Only if the caller has agreed to texts. We follow the texting rules closely, and we'll tell you exactly what's allowed before anything texts anyone.

Does it replace my front desk?

No. It catches what the desk can't: after hours, busy signals, two calls at once. Your people still handle the rest.

What does it cost?

It's a custom quote based on how many calls you get and what should happen with them. We'll give you a number after a short call.
