Services / AI support assistant

An assistant on your website that answers customers when you can't

It reads your website, answers the questions people ask every day, and sends you the ones that need a person. It works at 9pm, on Sundays and while you're on a job.

What it is

An AI support assistant is a small chat window on your website. A visitor types a question, and the assistant answers it using only the information on your site: hours, prices, services, policies, directions, booking rules.

It is not a general chatbot that makes things up. If the answer isn't on your site, it says so, asks for the person's name and email or phone, and sends that to you. You decide what it is allowed to say.

Example: a chat window on a bakery website

How it works

  1. We build it on your real site first

Before any call, we read your website and build a working demo. You try it, ask it hard questions and see where it's strong and where it's wrong.

  2. We fix the gaps together

Most wrong answers come from missing or outdated information on the site. We add what's missing and set the rules: what it answers, what it hands off, how it talks.

  3. It goes live in a day

One line of code on your site. Nothing else changes. It matches your colors and sits in the corner until someone opens it.

  4. You get the leads, not the chatter

Every handoff lands in your email with the question and the person's details. Answered questions show up in a simple monthly summary.

Why it's worth it

  • People ask the same ten questions over and over. Answering them by phone costs you time every single day.
  • Most visitors arrive after hours. A question that waits until morning is often a customer who called someone else.
  • A lead that gets a reply in minutes is far more likely to book than one that waits a day.
  • It never has a bad day, never forgets to mention the thing you want mentioned, and never leaves a message unanswered.

The math, in low-end numbers

Say your front desk or you personally spend 5 hours a week on repeat questions. At $18 an hour that's about $360 a month. The founding plan is $199 a month. If it also catches one extra booking a month, it has paid for itself twice. Those are our assumptions, not a promise; we check your real numbers on the call.

Who it's for

  • Bakeries, restaurants and food trucks fielding menu and hours questions
  • Salons, spas and gyms asked about pricing and availability
  • Venues and party places answering date and package questions
  • Home services getting 'do you do X in my area' calls

What it costs

Founding price (first 3 clients): $500 setup + $199/mo. Setup refunded if it doesn't pull its weight in 30 days. Standard: $1,500 to $2,500 setup + $300 to $500/mo.

Questions

Will it make things up?

It answers from your site only. When it doesn't know, it says so and takes the person's details instead of guessing. You can read every conversation.

Do I need a new website?

No. It sits on the site you have. If the site is thin, we'll tell you what to add so the assistant has good answers.

What if a customer wants a real person?

They can ask for one at any time. The assistant takes their details and you get an email right away.

How is it different from a contact form?

A form waits for you. The assistant answers first, so the person gets what they came for and only the real leads reach your inbox.
