How the Review Engine works

It's simple by design, because simple is what gets used:

• The post-job text. Every finished job triggers a short, personal text to the customer with a direct link to your Google review page. Sent at the moment they're happiest, the day the driveway looks brand new.
• The truck QR card. A weatherproof card for the truck, the invoice, or the leave-behind, scan, review, done. ($75 add-on, printed and shipped.)
• The warm-list campaign. Service businesses are repeat businesses, you have years of happy customers nobody ever asked. We start there, because past customers convert to reviewers at the highest rate.
• Monthly tracking. Reviews gained shows up on your monthly report, next to leads and rankings.

What we never do

No fake reviews, no buying reviews, no review-gating (filtering out unhappy customers before they reach Google, it violates Google's policies and gets businesses penalized). The engine works because your work is genuinely good and nobody was asking. If your work isn't good, we're the wrong company to call.
